All About HPE Passport

What is HPE Passport?

HPE Passport single sign-in service lets you use one user ID and password of your choice to sign-in to all HPE Passport-enabled Web sites.

HPE Passport stores your basic personal information--user ID, password, name, e-mail address, country and language preferences--so you don't have to retype it when you return to one of HPE's many Web sites in the future.

Must I use HPE Passport to register / sign up?

As of 17 July 2019, you may sign in using your HPE Passport credentials, or your existing member credentials from either of the following:

  • HPE ENGAGE & GROW (https://www.hpepartnersalesreward.com)
  • HPE Tech Pro Academy (https://www.hpetechproacademy.com)
From 1 November 2019 onwards, all members can only sign in with a HPE Passport account. Members are strongly encouraged to create a HPE Passport before 1 November 2019 to ensure a seamless transition.

How secure is HPE Passport?

Your HPE Passport profile information is protected by industry standard encryption technology.

HPE is committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will only be shared within HPE and with our contract vendors unless you give your consent. You have the option of whether or not HPE may communicate directly with you. For more information, please see HPE Privacy Statement.

How to get your HPE Passport

Your company must first be a HPE-registered partner before you can create a HPE Passport. If your company is not registered, refer to this guide.

If your company is already HPE-registered, simply complete the registration here.

What if I forget my user ID?

To recover your user ID, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Forgot user ID" link below the user ID field.
  2. Enter your e-mail address.
  3. Your user ID will be displayed on the page that follows.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your password to sign-in.

What if I forget my password?

  1. Click on "Forgot password" link below the password field.
  2. Enter your e-mail address.
    • This information is used to authenticate your request.
    • If you don’t have security questions and answers with your profile, step 3 will happen.
    • If you have security questions and answers stored in your profile then you will be prompted to enter answers for the security questions.
    • If you know the security answers please provide the answers, click on Next button, and follow proceed to step 4.
    • If you don’t remember security answers then you can click on “Send me an email” button to receive the email and follow the steps 3 & 4
  3. You will receive an e-mail message from HPE containing a Web hyperlink that authorizes you to change your password. Click the hyperlink in the e-mail message to begin the process.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your user ID again, and then enter a new password.

How do I make changes to my profile?

You can change your profile at any time by signing in to HPE Partner Ready Portal and choosing the "Edit your profile" link.

What is HPE Partner Ready Portal?

The HPE Partner Ready Portal delivers easier-to-find, personalized sales tools and resources to provide a faster and more collaborative sales engagement, training, demand generation and business management experience. Simply. Profitably. Predictably.

What is HPE ENGAGE & GROW?

HPE ENGAGE & GROW is a unified platform that consolidates the Sales Representative (previously HPE ENGAGE & GROW @ www.hpepartnersalesreward.com), Pre-sales professionals & Solution Architects (previously at HPE Tech Pro Academy @ www.hpetechproacademy.com), and any other HPE Channel Incentive program(s).

Programs are currently available in most Asia-Pacific countries. Please check your eligibility by registering, or simply contact us for more information.

Am I eligible to join?

HPE ENGAGE & GROW is exclusive to individuals who are currently employed by any HPE Partner Ready Reseller company with a minimum of Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Business Partner membership.

Eligible individuals include Sales Representatives, Pre-sales Professionals, and Solution Architects with minimum ATP certification.

How can I join?

If you already have a HPE Passport, simply register as a member here.

Otherwise, refer to this guide here on how to get your HPE Passport.

Once you have your HPE Passport ready, sign in to HPE ENGAGE & GROW at https://apjrewards.hpe.com.

What if my company is not a HPE Partner Ready Reseller?

You will need to follow the steps here to sign up as a HPE Partner. From the guide, you’ll learn how to

  1. Create your account
  2. Complete the Partnership Application
  3. Accept the Agreement
  4. Get Started

Do I need to renew my membership?

No, there is no need to renew your individual program membership as long as your company maintain its Partner Ready membership with HPE.

However, your account may be locked/closed if there is no activity over a period of 12 months. Activities include the following but is not limited to, signing in, claim submission, point redemptions, and/or email validity.

What are the benefits of HPE ENGAGE & GROW?

For Sales Representatives: you can earn points by selling eligible HPE products & solutions from Compute, Storage, and DCN. You can also enjoy extra point boosters, and bonus from promotions launched by the various business units from time to time.

Pre-sales Professionals or Solution Architects: you can earn points when you log and/or win your deals for the eligible HPE Servers and/or Storages products. You can also enjoy extra points when you participate in promotions, and events, etc... All rewards, points, and perks are exclusively available for members only.
